1.Stats: Should Probopass get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Probopass can get at most +15 BST.
Probopass would work best with a pre-evo for Nosepass and a side-evo. A Mega wouldn't be good unless it radically shifts its stats to be more offensive.
2.Should Probopass get more abilities?
Lightningrod, Volt Absorb and Clear Body are options. Analytic is also another option.
3. Should Probopass get more moves?
Yes. Recover and Mirror Coat/Counter/Metal Burst are options. Head Smash and Accelerock would also be good thematically.
4.What additional typing Probopass can have?
Ground, Electric, Fighting are options. Dark, Psychic, Fairy and Normal are lesser options.
