1.Stats: Should Banette get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Banette can get +85 BST.
Banette really should've gotten an Evolution in Sinnoh, but it didn't so, a Specially offensive side Mega maybe?
2.Should Banette get more abilities?
Competitive seems good. Prankster for base Banette would be interesting as well. Banette isn't really a Physical Pokémon even if it has higher Attack, so anything that will buff its more logical Special side would work.
3. Should Banette get more moves?
Yes. If GameFreak is serious about making Banette a Physical Pokémon, they should give it Punching moves and moves like Low Kick, Low Sweep and Swords Dance. Otherwise give it Nasty Plot. It works thematically.
4.What additional typing Banette can have?
Dark, Electric and Psychic are the main options. Fire, Normal, Fairy and Poison make thematic sense, but none of them are fully developed in Banette's movepool.
