1.Stats: Should Eelektross get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Eelektross can get +25 BST at most, which it probably should to match Gyarados and Milotic.
Eelektross would do well with a fast side-evo and would do really well with a Mega Evolution.
2.Should Eelektross get more abilities?
Yes. Strong Jaw and Tough Claws are perfect for Eelektross but Swift Swim and Electric Surge can also work. Static and Water Veil also work thematically.
3. Should Eelektross get more moves?
Yes. Recover is the main option for Eelektross, but Nasty Plot, Swords Dance, Agility, Eerie Impulse, Simple Beam, Stockpile-Spit Up-Swallow, Elemental and other Fang moves (and Leech Life), Claw moves, and punching moves would also work.
3. Should Eelektross get more moves?
Water, Dark and Dragon are the main options for Eelektross, but Fighting, Flying and Steel can also work. So can Fire and Grass.
