Goodra cannot get more stats.
Goodra can get a side-evo or two, but would work best with a Mega Evolution.

Goodra already has three Abilities. Sheer Force, Water Veil and Liquid Ooze are options.
3. Should Goodra get more moves?
Yes. Acid, Acid Spray, Poison Jab, Signal Beam, Tri Attack, Calm Mind, Amnesia, Stockpile related moves, Recover are all options.
4.What additional typing Goodra can have?
Poison, Water and Fighting are options. Ice, Ground and Normal are also options. Goodra is also commonly associated with Bug-type, due to being a snail, and Fairy in TCG due to being feminine.
