How to improve 123-212: Scyther-Scizor

1.Stats: Should Scizor get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Scizor can get +40 BST at most.

Scizor shouldn't really evolve further and really can't due to its Mega, but a pre-evo for Scyther and a side-evo would work excellently. A side Mega that is either faster or Specially oriented would be amazing.

2.Should Scizor get more abilities?

Technician is the only Ability Scizor has that is worth a damn. Moxie and Defiant would be perfect for Scizor.

3. Should Scizor get more moves?

Probably. Meteor Mash, Poison Jab and Crabhammer are the main obvious options for Scizor, but other funny moves like Mach Punch, Rock Tomb and Pin Missile should be considered.

4.What additional typing Scizor can have?

Flying, lol.

Dark, Fighting and Poison are the obvious options, though.
