1.Stats: Should Arbok get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Arbok can get a +92 BST buff.
Arbok would work best with an Evolution, as a Mega would be a waste.
2.Should Arbok get more abilities?
Arbok's Abilities are slightly above average. Sheer Force, Poison Touch, Strong Jaw would be better options, so would Defiant and Speed Boost.
3. Should Arbok get more moves?
Generally speaking yes. Psychic Fangs would the most obvious option, but other moves like Power Trip, Agility, Dragon Dance and Nasty Plot would be fitting as well.
4.What additional typing Arbok can have?
Dark, Normal and Ground are the main options. Grass, Fire and Rock are also options.
