1.Stats: Should Throh get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Throh can get +75 BST at most.

Throh would work best with an evolution and a shared pre-evo with Sawk. A Mega feels like a waste.

2.Should Throh get more abilities?

Not really, but Iron Fist and Sturdy are options.

3. Should Throh get more moves?

Drain Punch and Slack Off should be considered, as Throh is a defensive Fighting-type. More Dark-type moves like Power Trip, Beat Up and Assurance should also be considered.

4.What additional typing Throh can have?

Rock, Ground and Dark are the main options, but Normal is also an option.
