How to improve: 019-020: Rattata-Raticate

1.Stats: Should Raticate get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Raticate can get +127 BST, but would work best with a +10 BST.

Raticate would work best with an Evolution, a Mega would be a waste.

2.Should Raticate get more abilities?

Huge Power is the only relevant Ability it can get. Anything else but potentially Speed Boost is worthless.

3. Should Raticate get more moves?

Elemental Fangs, Poison Fang, Psychic Fangs are options. More gimmicky moves and older moves would be good.

4.What additional typing Raticate can have?

Dark-type Raticate already exists thanks to Alolan Raticate.

Electric, Ice, and Fighting are lesser options, but Raticate can be any type, really.
