1.Stats: Should Serperior get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Serperior can get +12 BST.
Serperior can get a side-evo and would enjoy an offensive Mega.
2.Should Serperior get more abilities?
Pretty much anything can work, but Chlorophyll would be the best.
3. Should Serperior get more moves?
Serperior's movepool is pretty limited, so anything can work. Nasty Plot would be the get-go option though.
4.What additional typing Serperior can have?
Dragon, Dark and Psychic are options. Poison, Flying and Normal are lesser options.
