1.Stats: Should Illumise get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Illumise already got +30 BST, but it can get +110 BST.

Illumise would work best with a shared pre-evo with Volbeat and an evolution. Illumise should not have a Mega without an Evolution, unless there is no other option.

2.Should Illumise get more abilities?

Maybe? Illumise might also have Tinted Lens, but Tinted Lens also isn't as powerful as it used to be. Illumise would also work best with Speed Boost.

3. Should Illumise get more moves?

Probably. Unlike Volbeat, Illumise can get kissing moves and Heart Stamp.
