1.Stats: Should Sceptile get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Sceptile can get +10 BST.
Sceptile would love a side-evo, and another Mega.
2.Should Sceptile get more abilities?
Pretty much anything can work, but Chlorophyll would be the most fitting. Speed Boost would be the best though.
3. Should Sceptile get more moves?
Metal Claw, Crush Claw, Elemental Fangs, Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave/Venoshock, Nasty Plot, Dragon Dance etc. are all good.
4.What additional typing Sceptile can have?
Outside of Mega Sceptile's Dragon, Dark, Fighting, Ground, Rock, Normal, Flying, Bug are options. Electric is also an option, thematically.
