1.Stats: Should Luvdisc get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Luvdisc can get +210 BST.
Luvdisc needs not one but two evolutions. It is roughly the same BST as Alolan starters' first forms. Anything else is worthless, even a cool Schooling form.
2.Should Luvdisc get more abilities?
Well, it can have a point with Drizzle, but that's it.
3. Should Luvdisc get more moves?
Yes. But it will still suck so it will only be good for Egg Chains. Just dump all the Fairy and Psychic-type moves to Luvdisc, like how all Psychic moves are dumped onto Spinda.
4.What additional typing Luvdisc can have?
Ice, Fairy, Psychic and Normal are the only options.
