1.Stats: Should Volcarona get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Volcarona cannot get higher stats.
Volcarona would enjoy a mid-evo and a side-evo. A Mega would be great and necessary.
2.Should Volcarona get more abilities?
Yes, but Drought is the only logical option.
3. Should Volcarona get more moves?
Maybe? Dazzling Gleam and Psyshock are only obvious options, but Volcarona would enjoy anything really.
4.What additional typing Volcarona can have?
Flying, Normal, Psychic, Electric and Poison are options. Grass is also an option.
