1.Stats: Should Pachirisu get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Pachirisu can get +135 BST, but just a +30 BST is sufficient enough.
Pachirisu would work best with an Evolution and a pre-evo. A Mega can only work with Fur Coat.
2.Should Pachirisu get more abilities?
Pretty much anything can work, really but Fur Coat and Speed Boost would be the best.
3. Should Pachirisu get more moves?
Parabolic Charge, Slack Off and Calm Mind would be good. Amnesia and Barrier can also work.

Fairy, Dark and Grass are options. Normal, Ground and Steel can also work.
