1.Stats: Should Arcanine get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Arcanine cannot get a higher BST.
Arcanine can get a mid-evo or a side-evo. A Mega would be fitting, but needs a proper secondary Type.
2.Should Arcanine get more abilities?
Maybe? Moxie seems to be only fitting one, followed by Strong Jaw.
3. Should Arcanine get more moves?
Maybe? Arcanine has a well developed movepool really. Just give it Bulk Up, Inferno and its old moves like Reflect.
4.What additional typing Arcanine can have?
Fighting, Dragon, Dark, Electric, Ground and Normal are options. Arcanine would need more coverage moves to have more options.
