For sake of potential stat changes for DP remakes, let's look at the major character teams:
Gym leaders:
-Roark's team consists of Geodude, Onix, and Cranidos. Golem has gained a stat boost in Gen 6, Steelix got a Mega in ORAS, and Cranidos is... Cranidos. Cranidos will likely get another Ability rather than a stat boost.
-Gardenia's team consists of Turtwig, Cherubi/Cherrim, Roserade. Roserade has gained a stat boost in Gen 6, Torterra might get a boost, and Cherrim will likely get a boost.
-Maylene's team got Meditite, Machoke and Lucario. Lucario and Medicham got Megas, Machamp got stat boost.
-Crasher Wake got Gyarados, Quagsire, Floatzel. Gyarados got a Mega, Quagsire and Floatzel got nil, but Floatzel is more likely to get another Ability.
-Fantina got Mismagius, Gengar/Haunter, and Drifblim/Duskull. Gengar got a Mega, Mismagius has no boosts, and Drifblim has a signature HA. Mismagius is the most likely to get a boost.
-Byron has Bronzor/Magneton, Steelix and Bastiodon. Same as Roark, it is most likely that Bastiodon will get another Ability.
-Candice has Medicham/Froslass, Piloswine/Snover, Sneasel and Abomasnow. Abomasnow got a Mega, Medicham has a Mega, Froslass' counterpart has a Mega, and Mamoswine might get a small boost.
-Volkner's Octillery might get a boost.
Elite Four:
-Aaron has Dustox, Beautifly, Vespiquen, Heracross, Drapion. Heracross has a Mega, Drapion, Vespiquen might get boosts, Dustox needs a boost, Beautifly has a boost.
-Bertha has Quagsire, Sudowoodo, Golem, Whiscash and Hippowdon. All of them need boosts.
-Lucian has Mr. Mime, Girafarig, Medicham, Alakazam, Bronzong. Medicham and Alakazam have Megas. Others need boosts.
-Cynthia has Spiritomb, Roserade, Gastrodon, Lucario, Milotic, Garchomp. Lucario and Garchomp have Megas. Roserade has boosts. Gastrodon and Spiritomb might get boosts. Milotic is too powerful and got a new Ability.
