1.Stats: Should Magmortar get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Magmortar has the highest BST of a normal evolution.

Magmortar cannot evolve further, but it can get a side-evolution.

A Mega would be good, though it is hard to decide which stats it would improve.

2.Should Magmortar get more abilities?

Yes. Magmortar only has two abilities and needs to have one another. Some options would be:

1. Flash Fire
2. Gluttony
3. Iron Fist
4. Magma Body
5. No Guard
6. Poison Heal
7. Soundproof
8. White Smoke

3. Should Magmortar get more moves?

Yes. Nasty Plot is the obvious choice, but there are others like Hammer Arm, Shadow Ball, Sucker Punch etc.

4.What additional typing Magmortar can have?

Ground, Fighting, Dark, Psychic and Normal are the obvious ones. For Magmortar, Electric would be the option.
