How to improve: 204-205: Pineco-Forretress

1.Stats: Should Forretress get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Forretress already has a 175 BST gap from Pineco, and can probably expand it by 20, 25 or 30 to match Ferrothorn, or 30, 35 or 40 to match  Carbink and Shuckle.

Forretress would be better with an evolution, however, as it has a very low 465 BST.

A Mega would have to be heavily min-maxed to become successful.

2.Should Forretress get more abilities?

YES. Forretress has only two Abilities. It needs another. Here are some options:

3. Should Forretress get more moves?

Yes, Forretress is desperate for Recover. Outside of that, it can get the following moves:

9. Drill Peck
10. Dazzling Gleam
11. Energy Ball

4.What additional typing Forretress can have?

Electric and Poison are the obvious ones. Ground, Rock, Dark are also possible. Normal, Fighting and Psychic are less plausible.
