1.Stats: Should Ursaring get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
+40 BST can be a boost.
An evolution would be okay, but a bit pointless.
A Mega needs significant Speed boost.
2.Should Ursaring get more abilities?
Probably. Tough Claws, Iron Fist and Strong Jaw are options.
3.Should Ursaring get more moves?
Slack Off and Drain Punch are very necessary
4.What additional typing Ursaring can have?
All major elemental types can be given, but primary options are Dark, Fairy, Fighting.
