+61 BST can be granted, but +20 BST would be good enough.
A side evo would be cool.
A side Mega focused on physical stats would be good.

Gale Wings is an obvious option.
3.Should Pidgeot get more moves?
PECK.
4.What additional typing Pidgeot can have?
Dark, Dragon and Fire are the only obvious options.
