Shitty ideas general

-A Pokémon that learns Sketch in Dragon Egg Group  can be a poison spitting reptile. It might spit different colored poisons for artistic attempts.

-An alternate Onix evolution can be one that focuses on Speed and Special Defense that keeps its Rock typing, for sake of Brock.

-Slowpoke can get an Ice/Psychic evolution that is more explicitly based off a hippo, for Lorelei. This Slowpoke would probably be adapted to live in its original habitat, Seafoam Islands.

Edit 1(15.07.2017):
-A bunch new items and abilities can be introduced for item farming. Certain abilities can infect opponents with certain hindering items like Sticky Barb, certain moves can create and fling items to opponent such as Toxic Orb, and others can be like Pay Day and just scatter around certain items. The latter would be especially useful of Gems and Evolutionary Stones.

-Some new mechanic for Mega Stones and other forme changers can be introduced. These can be a new move that gets boost from them, it can be new species that have different formes related to them, or an ability that gets boosted by them.

-Similar to above, certain Pokémon can just farm items just being around the team or party, or in a specific location. For example, the player can store Luvdisc in a Luvdisc farm to get an amount of Heart Scales for a certain amount of steps.

-More items and moves that produce the abilities' effect can be introduced. Something like a Zorua Furcoat can cause Illusion on a Pokémon.

-Similarly, more held items can be made into abilities or moves. For example, there can be a Wisdom ability that gives the same boost as Wise Glasses.

What if Levitate got removed?

Inspired by Zarel's Gen-Next proposal, I decided to do my take on the idea of intrinsic Ground immunity replacing Levitate. Unlike Zarel's more modest proposal, I'm actually going full way with this, with giving all Levitate users full three abilities, and Legendaries one ability and one HA.

Cryogonal:

Hydreigon:

Though I must say that I'm surprised with the fact that they didn't announce any new Pokémon with Levitate, besides the Lati duo. I wouldn't be surprised if the Flygon Mega ends up phasing out Levitate for something else like Gengar did.

Note(17.02.2018): Gengar no longer has Levitate, instead has Cursed Body.
Note (02.01.2020): Koffing and Weezing now both have full three Abilities in addition to Levitate.

Middle Evolution and Pre-Evolution Wishlist

I am going to make a wild prediction and say that they could introduce middle evolutions. What I meant is that they introduce something that the pre-evolution will evolve into, while this Pokemon evolves into a final evolution. Basically it's like something that fills in the blank within the evolution.
There are three candidates that would fit best here: LarvestaRufflet and Vullaby. Their evolutions felt like there is a gap between the basic stage and the fully evolved stage, so a possible middle evolution could allow for something in between that is stronger than a basic stage, but weaker than the final stage. As a bonus, they will learn moves that could only be learned by them. If possible, the middle stage could also be different in battle style, like in the example of Vigoroth, who is very different from Slakoth and Slaking's laziness.
Thanks for reading.

With this in mind, my wishlist for such a thing would be:
  1. Larvesta
  2. Vullaby
  3. Rufflet
  4. Noibat
While the following Pokémon would work with middle evolutions, they are better with stat buffs
  1. Riolu
  2. Munchlax
Though personally the entire franchise needs a stat rebalancing.

The following would be my primary Baby wishlist:
  1. Druddigon
  2. Lunatone/Solrock
  3. Sawk/Throh
  4. Tauros/Miltank
  5. Kangaskhan
  6. Lapras
  7. Aerodactyl
  8. Girafarig
  9. Stantler
  10. Skarmory
  11. Volbeat/Illumise
  12. Torkoal
  13. Zangoose
  14. Seviper
  15. Kecleon
  16. Tropius
  17. Absol
  18. Relicanth
  19. Carnivine
  20. Audino
  21. Maractus
  22. Basculin
  23. Alomomola
  24. Bouffalant
  25. Heatmor
  26. Durant
  27. Furfrou
  28. Hawlucha
  29. Tangela
And this would be the lesser wishlist:
  1. Onix
  2. Nosepass
  3. Sneasel
  4. Gligar
  5. Scyther
  6. Cryogonal
  7. Sigilyph
  8. Sableye
  9. Mawile
  10. Chatot
  11. Spiritomb
  12. Rotom
  13. Stunfisk
  14. Yanma

Big Fat Rebuff, Buff, Debuff Proposal

I haven't posted any justifications for them, but you can ask me in the comments. Basically;

1)I increased the power of the moves to 40 BP as the bare minimum(save for multi-hit moves).

2)I increased the power of moves that hit multiple Pokémon to around 100, as Wide Guard has been buffed to be used continuously. I also increased the accuracy stats to reflect that.

3)I increased the power of critical hit moves to match the lower critical hit boost and I increased the ratios of the critical hit boosting items.

4)I increased the power of items and increased the amount of moves that can eliminate and knock off items.

5)I increased the power of coverage moves and common moves that are not used competitively(ex: Ancient Power variants).

6)I increased the priority of some status and utility moves.

7)I increased the effectiveness of terrain moves and ally boosting moves.

8)I changed the abilities that work on specific conditions.

9)I tried to decrease the disproportionate amount of risk and set up conditions certain moves and abilities had.
