Big Fat Rebuff, Buff, Debuff Proposal

I haven't posted any justifications for them, but you can ask me in the comments. Basically;

1)I increased the power of the moves to 40 BP as the bare minimum(save for multi-hit moves).

2)I increased the power of moves that hit multiple Pokémon to around 100, as Wide Guard has been buffed to be used continuously. I also increased the accuracy stats to reflect that.

3)I increased the power of critical hit moves to match the lower critical hit boost and I increased the ratios of the critical hit boosting items.

4)I increased the power of items and increased the amount of moves that can eliminate and knock off items.

5)I increased the power of coverage moves and common moves that are not used competitively(ex: Ancient Power variants).

6)I increased the priority of some status and utility moves.

7)I increased the effectiveness of terrain moves and ally boosting moves.

8)I changed the abilities that work on specific conditions.

9)I tried to decrease the disproportionate amount of risk and set up conditions certain moves and abilities had.

Proposed addition: The formula is altered to match that of Electro Ball. It's PP is increased to 10 PP.

Proposed addition: The bare minimum power is now 40 BP, which increases all the stages by 20 until after 200 kgs, at which the power is increased to 130.

102)Mat Block/Crafty Shield/Fake Out:
Proposed addition: The effects of these moves now work like Protect and are no longer determined by the turn order. Fake Out will also always hit with priority, even if it may not cause flinching.

103)Sucker Punch
Proposed addition: When used by a Dark-type Pokémon, Sucker Punch will never fail. It's PP is increased to 10 PP.

104)Ally Switch:
Proposed addition: In singles, Ally Switch will pass on the stat boosts to the new Pokémon like Baton Pass. In singles, this move works exactly like Baton Pass and in doubles and triples it can be used similarly to Baton Pass if the user switches with another Pokémon in the team. However, the stat changes are kept if the Pokémon just changes places with another one on the field.

1)Immunity:
Proposed: Immunity now grants full immunity to Poison-type moves.

2)Own Tempo:
Proposed: Now also grants user immunity from Dance moves, rampage moves, multi-turn and multi-hit moves. Though it will not disable opponents stat increasing dance moves or multi-turn moves that were done before switching in, it will disable them after switching in.

3)Oblivious:
Proposed: Oblivious now has the same effects as Mental Herb. In addition, Oblivious grants immunity to Play Nice, Confide, Scary Face, Captivate and some more similar moves.

4)Inner Focus:
Proposed:
Proposal 1: Inner Focus grants Focus Blast perfect accuracy, and ignores Focus Punch's flinching and negative priority.
Proposal 2: Inner Focus works as an Oblivious clone, but without avoiding affection.

Proposed: Non-immunity granting effect boosters:

1)Justified:
Proposed: The Pokémon with Justified now avoids Dark-type moves and is triggered even if a non-damaging one is used. It is effected only once by multi-hit Dark-type moves such as Beat Up. Payback does not activate Justified and will go through it.

2)Rattled
Proposed: The Pokémon with Rattled now avoids Dark-type, Ghost-type and Bug-type moves and is trigged even if a non-damaging one is used. It is effected only once by multi-hit Dark-type, Ghost-type and Bug-type moves such as Beat Up and Pin Missile. The user fails to use Bug, Dark, Ghost-type moves itself, but it will increase its speed if it attempts to do so.

3)Steadfast:
Proposed: Steadfast now grants Pokémon immunity to flinching and will activate when it overrides flinching effect. Steadfast also increases Speed if the move misses, disabled, fails, is not very effective or is deflected by a Protect variant.

4)Rattled/Competitive:
Rattled and Competitive now boost the respective Attack stat by one stage when a move fails, misses, is not very effective, disabled or is deflected by a Protect variant.

Proposed: Activation Abilities:

1)Flame Body:
Proposed: Flame Body now grants an additional %10 chance of burning to the contact moves. It also makes user immune to burns.

2)Poison Touch:
Proposed: Poison Touch now grants an additional %10 chance of poisoning to non-contact moves. It also makes user immune to poison and badly poison.

3)Poison Point:
Proposed: Poison Point now grants an additional %10 chance of poisoning to the contact moves. It also makes user immune to poison.

Miscellaneous:
1)Rivalry:
Proposed: Rivalry now works with stages, instead of %25 boosts. Each time Rivalry Pokémon encounters an opposite/same gender Pokémon, its attack increases/decreases.

2)No Guard:
Proposed: No Guard returns to its original mechanics.

3)Klutz:
Proposed: Klutz no longer prevents Fling.

4)Run Away:
Proposed: Run Away now allows user to escape in any situation.

5)Clear Body:
Proposed: Clear Body now reflects stat reductions instead of just preventing them.

6)White Smoke
Proposed: White Smoke now prevents the stat reduction of all allies in Doubles/Triples.

7)Healer:
Proposed: Healer now automatically cures the users' and its allies status problems at the end of the turn.

9)Cute Charm
Proposed: Cute Charm adds a %10 chance of causing infatuation to physical contact moves. This effect is changed to reducing the highest attacking stat if the opponent is not of opposite gender.

10)Pickup:
Proposed: Pickup will also pick up the item of the recently fainted Pokémon with the same mechanics as the consumables. Pickup will also pickup knocked off items, but not Incinerated ones.

11)Pickpocket:
Proposed: Pickpocket will always steal the opponent's item when the user uses a contact move. If the user already has an item, the opponent's item is simply knocked out.

12)Magician
Proposed: Magician now has a %30 chance of stealing an opponents' item if the opponent uses a status or non-contact move. If the user already has an item, the opponent's item is simply knocked out.

13)Synchronize:
Proposed: The user will also deal damage equal to that of the status. This will be the case even if the status is not a non-volatile one. This means that the opponent will take double damage from status and Synchronize.

14)Stench:
Proposed: Stench deals %20 flinch rate when using a non-contact move and %30 when using a contact move. When the opponent attacks first, Stench grants %10 chance of opponent flinching before the attack.

15)Magnet Pull:
Proposed: Magnet Pull attracts Steel-type moves and makes the user immune to them. Magnet Pull also allows user to gain Sp. Def/Def with Magnetic Flux.

16)Guts/Toxic Boost/Quick Feet/Marvel Scale/Flare Boost:
Proposed: The status damage is halved, the sleep and freeze turns** are halved and full paralysis chance is halved. Flare Boost and Toxic Boost only reduce the damage of their respective status conditions.

17)Solar Power:
Proposed: Solar Power no longer has a health penalty.

18)Leaf Guard:
Proposed: Leaf Guard now also heals status at the end of each turn. Leaf Guard no longer disables Rest.

Proposed: The HP gain is increased to 1/8 from 1/16.

Mechanical changes:
1)**Freeze: Freeze now works as a sleep clone, however the Pokémon can still thaw itself with a %30 chance each turn. Because of this, the counter for freeze is 3 to 5, not 1 to 3 like Sleep. Once the counter is reached, the Pokémon thaws automatically.

2)Confusion: Confusion now deals damage based on the highest current attacking stat/defense stat difference instead of just attack. Not sure if this would also necessitate Swagger to become %100 accuracy or not though.

3)Poison: Regular poison now halves the Sp. Attack.

4)Turn order is determined dynamically, considering Paralysis and Mega Evolutions.

5)Hail: Hail no longer affects Water-type and Steel-type Pokémon. Hail grants Ice-types %50 Defense boost.

Items:
1)Wise Glasses/Muscle Band: now boost their respective stat by %20.

2)Type enhancing items: now boost their types by %30.

3)Elemental Gems: boosts its type by %50, but their effect continues until the Pokémon is switched once they are consumed.

4)Expert Belt: Now boosts attacks by %30.

5)Light Ball/Stick/Deep Sea Tooth/Deep Sea Scale/Lucky Punch: Now double(Stick/Deep Sea Tooth/Deep Sea Scale) the speed or increase it by 1.5(Light Ball) of their rightful owner.

6)Metal Powder/Quick Powder: Now they affect Ditto post-transformation.

7)Zoom Lens: Ensures perfect accuracy if the holder moves last.

8)Wide Lens: Increases accuracy by %20.

9)Scope Lens/Razor Claw: Increases critical hit ratio by 2 stages.

10)Quick Claw: Now works for %50 of the time.

11)Focus Band: Now works for %50 of the time.

12)Razor Fang/King's Rock: Now works for %30 of the time, but accounts only once for multi-hit moves.
