Delphox would love a side-Evo, and a Mega.

Delphox can get Synchronize and Magic Guard.
3. Should Delphox get more moves?
Yes, Nasty Plot and Moonblast would be good.
4.What additional typing Delphox can have?
Ghost, Dark and Fairy are options. Grass, Electric and Fighting are lesser options.
