1.Stats: Should Garchomp get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Garchomp cannot get more stats.
Garchomp would love a side Special Evo and/or Mega Evo.
2.Should Garchomp get more abilities?
Yes, Sand Stream and Sand Rush would be good.
3. Should Garchomp get more moves?
Elemental Fangs would be good, so would Poison Fang/Tail, Liquidation/Waterfall and Psychic Fangs. Dragon Dance would be very good, but potentially broken. Agility and Quick Attack would be a better compromise.
4.What additional typing Garchomp can have?
Dark, Fire and Rock can work. Steel, Fighting and Water can also work.
