1.Stats: Should Gengar get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Gengar can get +40 BST.
Gengar can get a side-evo, especially now that it doesn't retain Levitate, and a less broken Mega could be fun.
2.Should Gengar get more abilities?
Yes. Levitate coming back is out of question, so Insomnia and Competitive are the way to go.
3. Should Gengar get more moves?
Nasty Plot, Amnesia, Barrier, Simple Beam, but most importantly non-event Sludge Wave would all be good.
4.What additional typing Gengar can have?
Dark, Psychic and Fairy are options. Fighting, Electric and Ice are lesser options. Grass and Normal can also work.
