One possibility would be it appearing after the last Pokémon is revealed, but since the generation will likely be short, it is more likely that the next game will be after the second game.
-Next Rumble: It will come in 2017.
-Updates on Go, Comaster and Shuffle: None of these games have introduced every Pokémon, so it is unlikely that they will get new versions, but rather further updates.
-Everything else: There might be new Ranger game for DPPt remakes, and further episodes for Detective Pikachu.
