Pokédex Entry/Moveset Contradictions

In Serebiiforums people opened up the discussion of moves Pokémon should have but don't. Since I'm an moveset expansion supporter, I decided to compile a list. I will not be including moves Pokémon shouldn't be able to learn, because if I did, people would actually wake up and remove those moves, and I don't want that.

Moves that simply don't exist, like Charizard melting rocks with fire, are also not listed.
