1.Stats: Should Kabutops get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Kaputops can get +30 boost to match Gen 6 fossils, or at maximum +45 BST.

Evolution is also possible, though it would require a shift in stats.

A Mega Evolution needs a lot of Special Attack to work. But it can work.

2.Should Kabutops get more abilities?

Kabutops has okay Abilities, some other options would be:

1. Frisk
2. Keen Eye
3. Sand Force
4. Sand Rush
5. Sand Stream 
6. Sand Veil
7. Shed Skin
8. Sniper
9. Super Luck
10. Sturdy
11. Water Absorb

3. Should Kabutops get more moves?

Shell Smash is the obvious option, but cutting and claw moves would be obvious options as well. Moves like Razor Shell and Lunge also make sense. Assurance can also work.

4.What additional typing Kabutops can have?

Dark, Ground and Bug are the obvious options. Steel and Fighting are also options.
