1.Stats: Should Tangrowth get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Tangrowth has 535, which is far too high to have a boost.

Tangrowth's stats are more reasonable for a pre-evo for Tangela.

Tangrowth would be good with a Mega, but it has only two lacking stats, so it is hard to say how it would work.

2.Should Tangrowth get more abilities?

Not really. Tangrowth's abilities are quite powerful. But if it were to get more abilities, here are some options:

1. Anticipation
2. Effect Spore
3. Gluttony
4. Illuminate
5. Poison Heal
6. Sap Sipper
7. Solar Power
8. Water Absorb

3. Should Tangrowth get more moves?

Possibly. Tangrowth has a quite large movepool, but it could get some more moves. Calm Mind would be a fine option, so would Recover and Heal Pulse.

4.What additional typing Tangrowth can have?

Poison, Dark, Normal are the obvious ones. Fighting and Psychic are less obvious ones.
