1.Stats: Should Beartic get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Beartic already got +30 BST. It can get +25 BST.

A Mega is necessary. Probably one based off its dex entries about covering itself in ice armor.

2.Should Beartic get more abilities?

Beartic already got Slush Rush, which is fine. Sheer Force and Guts would be good, though.

3.Should Beartic get more moves?

Waterfall would be good. Biting moves like Crunch would also make sense.

4.What additional typing Beartic can have?

Fighting, Dark and Water are obvious options. Ground and Normal are also options

How to improve: 501-502-503: Oshawott-Dewott-Samurott

1.Stats: Should Samurott get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Samurott can get +10 BST.

Samurott should get a Mega with a proper Ability. A bipedal side-evo with part Fighting-type is a commonly proposed idea.

2.Should Samurott get more abilities?

Yes. Swift Swim and Water Veil are options, so is Defiant and Sheer Force.

3.Should Samurott get more moves?

Aurora Beam, Nasty Plot, Ice Punch, Icicle Crash, Psycho Cut, and Water Shuriken are options. Play Rough would also be fun.

4.What additional typing Samurott can have?

Fighting, Ice and Normal are options. Steel and Dark are also options.

How to improve: 387-388-389: Turtwig-Grotle-Torterra

1.Stats: Should Torterra get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Torterra can get at most +15 BST.

Torterra can get a side evo, but it would mostly prefer a Mega. Its stat distribution is outdated, so it would like a better one.

2.Should Torterra get more abilities?

Yes. Chlorophyll, Sheer Force, Sand Force are all options.

3.Should Torterra get more moves?

Moves like Power Trip, Zen Headbutt, Head Smash, Psychic Fangs, Gunk Shot, and Barrier should be options. Shell Smash would also be good.

4.What additional typing Chesnaught can have?

Dark, Fighting, Steel and Rock are the obvious options.

How to improve: 650-651-652: Chespin-Quilladin-Chesnaught

1.Stats: Should Chesnaught get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Chesnaught can get at most +10 BST.

Special side evo would be interesting. But a Mega is necessary for Chesnaught to have any relevance.

2.Should Chesnaught get more abilities?
Yes. Abilities like Iron Fist, Chlorophyll, Leaf Guard, Defiant and Sheer Force are options for Chesnaught.

3.Should Chesnaught get more moves?
Chesnaught needs more Dark-type moves like Assurance and Power Trip, more Electric-type moves like Wild Charge, more Fighting-type moves like Close Combat and more Rock-type moves like Head Smash. Moves like Comet Punch and Force Palm would also be fun. Gunk Shot would also be useful, so would some Fang moves.

4.What additional typing Chesnaught can have?
Rock, Dark, Ground and Steel are options. Electric and Poison are also options.

How to improve: 218-219: Slugma-Magcargo

1.Stats: Should Magcargo get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

In its most basic form, Magcargo is irredeemable. It is one of the worst species in the game and serves no purpose but to hatch eggs, even then Talonflame is better.

Magcargo needs a Fire/Steel evolution. Anything else is simply a distraction. Even though it got +20 BST update in Gen 7, it still has +110 BST to go.

2.Should Magcargo get more abilities?

Desolate Land or even Drought can work. Sand Stream and Sand Force are also options.

3.Should Magcargo get more moves?

Yes. Magcargo needs Power Gem a lot, but outside of that it needs a whole movepool overhaul. Moves like Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Acid Spray, Flash Cannon, Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball etc. can all help.

4.What additional typing Magcargo can have?

Ground, Steel are major options. Bug and Poison are lesser options.
