1.Stats: Should Whimsicott get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Whimsicott can get +60 BST.
Whimsicott would work best with either an evolution or mid-evo with +20 BST buff to match other early Grass-type families. A Mega as it is wouldn't work so well.
2.Should Whimsicott get more abilities?
Not really, but Leaf Guard and Misty/Grassy Surge are options. Whimsicott really wants a re-buff of Confusion, not really a new Ability.
3. Should Whimsicott get more moves?
Probably. Simple Beam, Entrainment, Torment, Sweet Kiss etc. would all be good. Whimsicott is not particularly offensive so it would enjoy a bunch of status moves.
4.What additional typing Whimsicott can have?
Flying, Psychic and Dark are the main options. Normal and Poison are also options.
