1.Stats: Should Milotic get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Milotic cannot really get more stats. A side-evo or mid-evo could have worked, but due to Milotic's current evolutionary method it probably won't make much sense.
A Mega is absolutely necessary, though. It's counterpart Gyarados already has one, so this makes sense.
2.Should Milotic get more abilities?
Maybe? Milotic already has three abilities, so it is kinda pointless. Shed Skin, Magic Guard, Water Veil and Drizzle are options.
3. Should Milotic get more moves?
4.What additional typing Milotic can have?
Fairy, Dragon and Psychic are the main options. Ground, Ice, Normal, Dark and Steel are lesser options.
