Shitposting about release schedules for Pokémon

I've been thinking about the release schedule of Pokémon due to my older discussions with peeps here, and I seem to have found some interesting stuff:
*Assuming 3 years of generations for generations after Gen 11, the first ten generations (1-10) would have lasted 32 years in total, while the next 10(11-20) would have lasted.
*Since all generations have had a gap year, this means the smallest possible generation is two years.
*Though there has been cases where the same year had a game release, such cases did not occur in the same fiscal year(RGB, FRLGE).

In this manner:
*If there are only two years per generations, a ten generation period would last 20 years, more than half of the current period.
*If there are half of the current duration for ten generation period, half of the generations would be three years-span. Alternatively, each gen would last one and a half year, though that would be difficult.
*If the generations only lasted a year, each generation would last 10 years.

On continuation to this:
*A two year cycle can have three major DLCs, one for each six months period.
*A three year cycle can have a DLC expansion for the gap year.

How to improve: 307-308: Meditite-Medicham

1.Stats: Should Medicham get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Medicham can get +10 BST to match Azumarill.

An Evolution would be better, but it is a bit impossible with Mega Medicham. Maybe another third stage can occur as a pre-evo for Meditite or mid-evo.

Another Mega Evolution focusing on Special Attack would be badass.

2.Should Medicham get more abilities?

Probably. Prankster seems a decent Ability. Dancer can also work. Something smaller like Iron Fist and Reckless can also work.

3.Should Medicham get more moves?

Meteor Mash is an option. More seriously, Sky Uppercut and Blaze Kick are pretty necessary. So is Zen Headbutt for Meditite(Medicham already gets it).

4.What additional typing Medicham can have?

Ghost is the most obvious one. Elemental types and Dark can also work.

How to improve: 767-768: Wimpod-Golisopod

1.Stats: Should Golisopod get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Golisopod can get +10 BST at maximum.

An evolution with different stat distribution would be cool, but what Golisopod really needs is another Ability.

A Mega would work really well, given Golisopod's movepool.

2.Should Golisopod get more abilities?

YES. Entire reason Golisopod sucks is its Ability.

3.Should Golisopod get more moves?

Yes, more slashing moves and Fighting-type moves would be good, like Sky Uppercut, Psycho Cut etc.

4.What additional typing Golisopod can have?

Dark, Ground, and Ice are obvious options. Fighting and Rock are also options.

Notes on moves according to category

Using USUM count:

Total: 728->832->936->1040->1144->(Average: 104)
Physical: 289->330->371->412->453(Average: 41)
Special: 199->227->255->283->311(Average: 28)
Status: 240->274->308->342->376(Average: 34)

85*18/5=306 would be the rough minimum for each category to complete their BP tiers.

How to improve: 261-262: Poochyena-Mightyena

1.Stats: Should Mightyena get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?

Mightyena can only really work with an evolution. It evolves way too early to get a significant boost beyond +35 BST.

Poochyena probably needs more boost than Mightyena though, as it doesn't reach even Zigzagoon's level.

2.Should Mightyena get more abilities?

Much like Manectric, its abilities are decent but too under specialized. Strong Jaw and Defiant would work really well.

3.Should Mightyena get more moves?

Obviously. Mightyena lacks powerful coverage options, but stuff like Psychic Fangs and Crush Claw would work.

4.What additional typing Mightyena can have?

Normal, Fire, Poison and Electric are the only options. Ground, Steel and Water can also be argued for.
