Additional notes:

  5. Stat lowering stats boost the inverse stat. If they lower Speed of the opponent, they increase the Speed of user.
  6. Conversion 2, King's Shield, Dark Void, Powder and Kinesis do not give stats +1 despite being signature moves.
  7. Rare moves like Spore reset stats.
