Next Kalos Game Level-Up and Egg Move Moveset Changes Speculation(Update: Contains moves that are not given since Black 2/White 2)

So I decided to take a look at the movesets of Kalos Dex Pokémon and see what Pokémon's level-up movesets and Egg Moves could be changed. This is based off following criteria:

-Is the Pokémon available in-game? While this isn't always a criteria(see Meditite/Medicham in FR/LG), it is the biggest variable.
-Is the Pokémon available early-game? While not a mandatory criteria, this is increases the likelihood.
-Does the Pokémon learn horribly underpowered moves at high levels? Again, not a mandatory case, but it increases the chances.
-Does the Pokémon get a new Tutor move? Several new Tutor moves have been incorporated into the movesets of Pokémon in the past.
-Has the Pokémon undergone a major moveset change already? Again, this decreases the probability, but it is not a deciding factor.
-Has this Pokémon recently gained a new Mega Evolution? In OR/AS, several Pokémon has gained new Mega Evolutions, but they have not gained Moveset changes according to the said Megas.

In addition, the following criteria has to be used as this is a generation ending game:

-Has this Pokémon access to most of its Move Tutors? If so, the said moves are unlikely to become a part of the Egg Move moveset.

-Is there any patterns in the moveset distribution that have recently emerged? For example, Brine has been given away for its previous learners since B2/W2.

For this piece, the Veekun dex and the Kalos dexes were used, as well as Serebii's B2/W2 change list, HG/SS change list and Platinum change lists were used. In addition, HeartGold/SoulSilver's Egg Move changes , X/Y egg move additions and OR/AS changes(which are currently incomplete) have been used.

Each evolutionary line will be discussed individually, going with the dex order of Veekun's Kalos dex. We will also discuss Friend Safari Pokémon, as they are most likely going to be part of the regional dex, and most likely going to be their own Dex. Tentatively we are going to call this speculative new dex as "Southern Kalos Dex".

The remaining breedable Pokémon will have their Egg Moves discussed separately, as ALL POKEMON are likely to get new Egg Moves.

It should be noted that these discuss only the level-up movesets and Egg Moves. ALL POKEMON are likely to get new Move Tutor moves.

Central Kalos Dex:

Chespin-line:

Likelihood: Likely for Level-Up changes. Very likely for Egg Moves.

Reasoning: As Chespin has been recently created, it might gain new moves for Level-Up. For the same reason, it is almost guaranteed to get new Egg Moves.

Possible Level-Up changes: Crunch and Power Whip are possibilities.

Possible Egg Move changes: Grassy Terrain is likely as Chespin is the only Grass-type starter who doesn't learn it. The moves listed above are also possible. Bullet Seed, Circle Throw, Storm Throw, Submission, Counter, Seismic Toss, Reversal, Vital Throw, Cross Chop, Revenge, Arm Thrust, Force Palm are also possible.

Possible Undistributed Moves: Acupressure, Assurance.

Fennekin-line:

Likelihood: Likely for Level-Up changes. Very likely for Egg Moves.

Reasoning: As Fennekin has been recently created, it might gain new moves for Level-Up. For the same reason, it is almost guaranteed to get new Egg Moves.

Possible Level-Up changes: Flare Blitz and Taunt are possibilities.

Possible Egg Move changes: Morning Sun, Lava Plume, Inferno or Flame Burst are possible The moves listed above are possibilities as well. Disarming Voice and Play Rough are also possible. So are various Psychic-type moves and some Ghost-type moves like Hex and Confuse Ray. Stored Power, Confusion, Mirror Coat, Extrasensory, Synchronoise, Barrier, Amnesia, Imprison, Cosmic Power, Miracle Eye, Healing Wish, Psycho Shift, Heal Block, Power Swap, Guard Swap, Power Split, Guard Split, Telekinesis and Ally Switch are also possible.

Possible Undistributed Moves: Hex.

Froakie-line:

Likelihood: Likely for Level-Up changes. Very likely for Egg Moves.

Reasoning: As Fennekin has been recently created, it might gain new moves for Level-Up. For the same reason, it is almost guaranteed to get new Egg Moves.

Possible Level-Up changes: Froakie's Level-Up moveset is drastically different than Greninja's. These two sets might end up merged a bit better.

Possible Egg Move changes: As Froakie doesn't get any Dark moves from breeding, it might get one. Pursuit, Beat Up, Assurance, Punishment, Sucker Punch, Nasty Plot, Switcheroo, Fake Tears, and Flatter for Dark-type, Bubble Beam, Brine, Whirlpool, Muddy Water and Water Spout for Water-type are possible. Mud Bomb and Mud Shot are also possible. Mist is also possible.

Possible Undistributed Moves: Aqua Ring, Assurance

Bunnelby-line:

Likelihood: Likely for Level-Up changes. Very likely for Egg Moves.

Reasoning: As Bunnelby has been recently created, it might gain new moves for Level-Up. For the same reason, it is almost guaranteed to get new Egg Moves.

Possible Level-Up changes: Bite, Crunch and Elemental Fangs are possible.

Possible Egg Move changes: In addition to above, some Ground and Fighting-type moves like Wake-Up Slap and Sand Tomb are also possible. Mud Sport, Mud Bomb, Double Slap,  Comet Punch, Mega Punch, Slam, Stomp, Mega Kick, Fury Attack, Body Slam,  Take Down, Thrash, Double-Edge,  Rage, Bide,  Dizzy Punch, Fury Swipes, Hyper Fang, Flail, Fake Out, Smelling Salts, Natural Gift, Feint, Rock Climb,  Double Hit, Chip Away, Revenge, Reversal etc.

Possible Level-Up changes: Zigzagoon has several old Tutors that can be utilized. Work Up, Endure, Captivate, Natural Gift, Fury Cutter, Whirlpool, Rollout, Defense Curl, Swift, Body Slam, Mimic.

Possible Egg Move changes: Same as above.

Possible Undistributed Moves: Crush Claw, Tail Slap, Assurance, Final Gambit, Focus Energy, Hyper Fang, Revenge, Foresight, Mud Bomb, Punishment

Fletchling-line:

Likelihood: Likely for Level-Up changes. Very likely for Egg Moves.

Reasoning: As Fletchling has been recently created, it might gain new moves for Level-Up. For the same reason, it is almost guaranteed to get new Egg Moves.

Possible Level-Up changes: Feather Dance and Sound based moves are a possibility.

Possible Egg Move changes: Several generic Bird Pokémon moves can be given to Fletchling such as Pursuit, Rage, Defog etc. Air Slash, Air Cutter, Mirror Move and Pluck can also be added. So can Fire Spin, Flame Burst, Inferno can be added.

Pidgey-line:

Reasoning: Pidgey hasn't changed since Gen V at all, and Pidgeot recently gained a Mega Evolution.

Possible Level-Up changes: Pidgey has several old moves that can be brought back. In addition, it is in dire need for moves for its Mega. Work Up, Pluck, Captivate, Natural Gift, Ominous Wind, Swift, Mud-Slap, Double-Edge, Mimic can be added.

Possible Egg Move changes: Same as above, though Quick Guard seems to be rather popular for Flying Egg Group. Peck, Drill Peck, Boomburst and Hyper Voice can be added.

Possible Undistributed Moves: Drill Peck, Assurance, Final Gambit, Focus Energy, Revenge, Foresight, Punishment, Sonic Boom, Crush Claw, Ominous Wind, Silver Wind

Scatterbug-line:

Likelihood: Likely for Level-Up changes. Very likely for Egg Moves.

Reasoning: As Scatterbug has been recently created, it might gain new moves for Level-Up. For the same reason, it is almost guaranteed to get new Egg Moves.

Possible Level-Up changes: It is unlikely that Scatterbug and Spewpa will get more moves. Vivillon can get Venoshock, Air Cutter and Air Slash, however.

Possible Egg Move changes: Scatterbug might get more Powder related moves.

Possible Undistributed Moves: Silver Wind, Ominous Wind, Sonic Boom, Nightmare, Telekinesis, Synchronoise, Weather Ball, Hex, Morning Sun, Foresight, Night Shade

Caterpie-line:

Likelihood: Likely for Level-Up changes. Unlikely for Egg Moves.

Reasoning: Butterfree hasn't changed since Gen V, and it will likely get a Mega to match Beedrill's.

Possible Level-Up changes: Various existing moves and old moves can be given to Butterfree. In addition, Hurricane is a possibility. Endure, Natural Gift, Defog, Air Cutter, Ominous Wind, Swift, Twister, Double-Edge, Mimic and Nightmare can be brought back and Air Slash can be given.

Possible Egg Move changes: Caterpie has no Egg Moves.

Reasoning: Beedrill hasn't changed much since Gen V, and it recently gained a Mega without much moves.

Possible Level-Up changes: Fury Cutter, Megahorn and Gunk Shot might be added. It might also gain some Flying-type moves. Since it is a fully evolved Poison-type, it might also gain Venom Drench. Possible Level-Up changes: Steel-type and more Fighting-type moves can be added. Some old moves can also be brought back. Work Up, Endure, Captivate, Natural Gift, Fury Cutter, Swift, Mud-Slap, Headbutt can be brought back. Autotomize, Meteor Mash and Metal Burst from Steel-type, Arm Thrust, Double Kick, Dynamic Punch, Wake-Up Slap, Reversal and other moves below can be given.
