Empoleon can get +10 BST.
Empoleon would love a side-Evo and a Mega.
2.Should Mawile get more abilities?
Yes. Swift Swim and Hyper Cutter can work.
3. Should Empoleon get more moves?
Brave Bird and Nasty Plot would be good. Freeze-Dry would also be good.
4.What additional typing Empoleon can have?
Flying, Ice and Dark are the main options. Fighting, Ground and Rock are lesser options.
