1.Stats: Should Cinccino get a stat boost, Evolution, Mega Evolution or nothing?
Cinccino can get at most +30 BST boost.
An evolution would be much better, but given its nature, something like an Azurill or Pichu would be more fitting.
A Mega would be cool, though hard to say how it would work.
2.Should Cinccino get more abilities?
Probably. Pickup would be fine.
3.Should Cinccino get more moves?
Probably. Play Rough is an obvious choice.
4.What additional typing Cinccino can have?
Psychic, Fairy, Dark and Electric are obvious options.
